About the Role
Main Responsibilities:
People Insights & Analytics
Derive and execute APAC plan on workforce insights, analytics and data-driven storytelling, enabling senior leaders and People teams to make better decisions.Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for APAC leadership and market People teams (strategic and operational insight views)Define and own APAC people metrics, definitions and reporting standards, ensuring consistency across markets and alignment with Group People and enterprise data models.Partner with APAC Digital & Technology, Group People Analytics to integrate APAC people datasets into broader organisational data models.Identify and implement opportunities to enhance reporting and analytics capability in SAP SuccessFactors, working with D&T to technically enable solutions.Own APAC people data structures, definitions and standards to sup...
