External Candidate Qualifications needed:1) Currently serve as a principal or assistant principal and have 2 or more years administrative experience
OR
*Currently included in an approved candidate pool in another district, provided the requirements to be included are similar to Hernando County's requirements
You must provide documentation of acceptance in the other district's AP pool.
2) A rating of effective or highly effective on the two most recent performance evaluations. Copies of both evaluations must be included with your application.
3) Current Resume with References
HCSD shall determine whether an external candidate's education, training and/or experience satisfies the requirements for placement on the approved candidate list.
