Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the R&D and operations teams to conceptualize and create new products or improve existing ones. This involves conducting market research, understanding consumer needs and preferences, and analyzing competitors' products.
- Driving brand marketing plans and campaigns to ensure brand/product range go-to-market strategies are successfully executed, working across internal departments and external agencies with guidance from the GPM.
- Implementing and supporting product launches, which may involve coordinating with various departments and agencies such as sales, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure a successful introduction of the product to the market.
