Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Production Supervisor to support daily manufacturing operations. The role involves coordinating production activities, ensuring product quality, maintaining efficiency, and assisting in supervising production staff to meet company targets. You will work closely with the Production Supervisor to implement process improvements and uphold safety standards across the facility.
Position: Assistant Production Supervisor
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 8 AM to 5 PM
Qualifications
- At least 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production industry
- Knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and safety protocols
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP or production management systems
- Can start ASAP
