Our client is seeking a proactive, people centered Assistant Production Supervisor to support daily operations within a fast paced manufacturing department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on coaching teams, solving problems on the fly, and keeping production running smoothly. You'll partner closely with the Production Supervisor to coordinate workflow, guide employees, and uphold high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
