Qualifications
- Ph.D. in English Literature only from a HEC recognized university / institution. Must have publications in a HEC recognized journal.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet annual targets assigned by the HoD.
- To work to appropriate targets as set by the Dean/Director of University to secure a high-quality teaching and learning environment for students.
- To teach assigned courses as per faculty workload policy.
- To develop learning materials, prepare schemes of work and maintain records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.
- Contributes to the development of module information packs, assignments and examination questions. As well as assessing students’ progress and providing feedback.
- Continue to develop your own teaching and learning skills and contribute to the planning of teaching programs.
