Assistant Professor, Teaching Stream, Part-Time, Mathematics
The Department of Mathematics in the Faculty of Arts and Science at the University of Toronto invites applications for a two-year part-time (75%) teaching stream position in Mathematics. The appointment will be at the rank of Assistant Professor, Teaching Stream with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2026.
Applicants must have earned a PhD degree in Mathematics by the time of appointment, with a demonstrated record of excellence in teaching. Candidates must have teaching experience in a degree-granting program, including lecture preparation and delivery, curriculum development, and development of online material/lectures. Candidates must also have experience coordinating a large, multi-section undergraduate course with over 5 sections altogether and total enrolment over 1000 students.
