Research focus within the technical and quantitative aspects of industrial engineering and management. Expected areas of expertise include:
- Data‑driven industrial systems, industrial analytics, and industrial data analytics
- Systems engineering, modelling, and simulation of operations
- Decision‑making tools and decision support systems
- Quality and reliability management, Lean Six Sigma
- Digital and advanced manufacturing, and computational design
