Typical Day & Responsibilities- Drive timely and accurate delivery of customer orders, ensuring service level commitments are met with a strong focus on data accuracy and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with customers to manage demand forecasts and ensure alignment with production and supply planning.
- Work closely with supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure material availability and production schedules are optimized.
- Maintain financial discipline by identifying and managing cost‑recovery opportunities—knowing what can be claimed from customers and what should be absorbed internally.
