We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assistant / Project Manager to lead and deliver district cooling / chiller plant projects. You will play a key role in managing project execution from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, cost, quality, and safety targets are consistently achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, and coordination of all project phases.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to review designs and implement recovery plans promptly.
- Assist the Project Manager in contract administration, including claims, variations, disputes, and final accounts.
