Project Management
Job Scope: Plan, manage and oversee HDB construction projects from commencement to completion
Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor project schedule, progress, budget, quality, and safety requirements
Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation and ensure proper record management
Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress and issues
Ensure work activities comply with project specifications, contract requirements, and regulatory standards
Identify project risks and resolve site-related issues promptly
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed according to schedule and quality standards
Responsible for day-to-day project management activities to achieve project objectives
