Job Description
- Responsible for all managerial and administrative aspects of the projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing of plumbing and sanitary works.
- Liaise closely with main contractor, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities
- Able to lead and work closely with the project team
- Manage and plan manpower allocation
- Monitor project costing, budget and schedule
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claim
- Other adhoc duties
Requirements:
Degree in related trades.
Prior experience in HDB BTO/EC PROJECT-Plumbing & Sanitary Works will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently in a team environment.
BCSS and any other WSH related certificates.
