Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Assist the Project Manager in overall project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and update project documentation such as method statements, progress reports, RA/SWP, and as-built drawings.
- Support site meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
Site Management
- Monitor site progress and quality of works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Assist in resolving technical and coordination issues on site.
- Conduct routine inspections and assist in site supervision to ensure adherence to schedule and workmanship quality.
