Assistant Property Controller | Real Estate Private Equity Firm | Berkeley| Hybrid; 2-3 Days Onsite

Responsibilities
+ Oversee property accounting and lease administration
+ Manage payments, compliance, and AP processes (including exception handling)
+ Act as a liaison between accounting, asset management, and third-party partners
