Assistant Property Manager (Yardi Voyager)
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST, with a 30-minute unpaid break
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Property Manager (Yardi Voyager) to support the day-to-day operations of a growing property management portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in property management, strong tenant communication skills, and a solid understanding of leasing, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and delinquency management. This role requires someone who can effectively manage tenant and vendor relationships, maintain accurate records, and ensure properties operate efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
