Test Administration & Invigilation
- Administer psychometric assessment sessions across various personnel selection streams.
- Provide support to candidates during test sessions, including conducting briefings and resolving basic technical or administrative issues.
- Maintain accurate invigilation records, attendance logs, and assessment documentation for audit and quality assurance purposes.
- Process and validate assessment scores under the supervision of psychologists.
- Maintain and update assessment databases to ensure accurate candidate records and tracking.
- Conduct data quality checks and identify anomalies or inconsistencies for further review.
