QUALIFICATION: Male Filipino or Half-Japanese (Filipino-Japanese) Can Speak Japanese, English, or Filipino Graduate of any 4yrs. Course or any related. Taking responsibility of keeping a productive cycle in production Openness to feedback, either developmental or positive emotional inputs. With at least 1-2 years of experience in the same position or in the manufacturing industry.
Good Interpersonal Skills And Portray Good Leadership Abilities
Must have good analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities. Have a clear borderline between work and private life. Have the courage to acknowledge mistakes and a mindset of improvement. Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, ISO/GMP standards, and regulatory frameworks. Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
