About the Role Pranam Recruiters is seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring requirements across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases. Screen and shortlist profiles as per client requirements. Conduct telephonic interviews and candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Follow up with candidates until successful joining. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Build talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements. Achieve monthly hiring and placement targets. Requirements Eligibility Criteria Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition. Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Working knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, MS Office, and internet sourcing. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets....
