His allocated area.Assisting the operation and maintenance of the HVAC plant, the provisioning plant and related cold rooms, all refrigerated bar and galley equipment under the Supervision of Refrigeration EngineerAssisting and monitor the refrigerant equipment and alert the Refrigerator Engineer if any irregular situations should occurResponsible for the maintenance and handling of the engine room and galley ventilation systems. Replacement, cleaning and sanitation of the air filters.Responsible for the maintenance and periodic testing of fire dampers and Gaylord systems in coordination with his team.Carry out laundry lint duct cleaning as described in coordination with his team.All other duties as assigned by Refrigeration Engineer.May work on the above duties with Refrigerator Mechanic by delegation of Refrigeration EngineerAll other duties as assigned.Education
