Key Accountabilities of the role
Portfolio Growth and Financial Targets:
Assist in achieving assigned financial and non-financial objectives. Support the management and growth of portfolios, focusing on increasing liabilities, FX, fees, and trade transactions while meeting overall financial targets. Aid in ensuring portfolio growth compared to the previous year. Assist in identifying and seizing cross-selling opportunities to enhance revenue streams. Help implement strategies to maximize portfolio growth while minimizing risk, supporting regular SWOT analyses. Support efforts in cross-selling to increase product share per customer, aiding in maximizing revenue from the existing portfolio.
