In this position, the Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) has the focus on trading and execution activities, acting as a key link between External Asset Managers (EAMs), Relationship Managers (RMs), and internal trading and execution desks. The role combines client servicing with hands-on involvement in trading, execution, and broader banking activities.With a strong focus on order handling and time-critical transactions, the ARM operates in a fast-paced, high-risk environment where accuracy, prioritisation, and sound judgement are essential. The role requires frequent direct interaction with EAMs, providing guidance on products, execution aspects, and the bank’s solutions.
