Job Description
Responsibilities
- Providing technical and managerial guidance and direction to the Clerk of Works (COWs).
- Coordinating with site personnel to ensure all construction activities align with project drawings and specifications, meeting the required quality standards.
- Assisting the Resident Engineer (RE) in monitoring project progress, identifying potential delays, and recommending mitigation measures.
- Reviewing and ensuring compliance with Quality Assurance Plans and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) Manuals prepared by the Work Package Contractor (WPC).
- Collaborating with the RE to evaluate method statements, proposed materials, shop drawings, and traffic management plans submitted by the WPC for site operations.
