Assistant Restaurant Manager
About the Role;
Support the Restaurant Manager in leading the front-of-house team through the launch and ongoing operations. This is a floor-based leadership role — you’ll be visible, hands-on, and central to delivering the guest experience. You’ll report directly to the Restaurant Manager and work closely with kitchen and bar leadership to ensure seamless service across the venue.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, your duties will involve:
· Leading FOH service from the floor to maintain premium standards
· Managing recruitment, onboarding and training of the FOH team
· Driving team development, performance coaching and succession planning
· Overseeing rostering to maintain a balanced, efficient team structure
· Handling guest feedback with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
