About the position
- Manage the team and ensure that the staff morale is high
- Oversee the training and development of the team
- Lead by example with a 5 star service
- Support the Restaurant General Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant
The successful candidate
- Must have experience working in hotels or fine dining restaurants
- Previous experience working in a high end restaurant
