What do you do?
- Responsible for daily venue operations, achieving venue sales and profitability and ensuring
- every guest receives great service experience
- Work with Operations Manager on venue objectives and KPIs
- Analyse the sales, KPIs and propose action plan on a regular basis
- Coach employees in all aspects of systems and operations including guest service standards and venue presentation.
