Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab this role you will play a crucial part in optimizing our revenue strategies and supporting the overall financial performance of our properties.
- Assist in daily pricing and inventory management for multiple properties
- Analyze market trends and demand patterns to develop short medium and long-term revenue strategies
- Support the evaluation of group inquiries and provide quotations aligned with brand and property strategies
- Contribute to maximizing room revenues and RevPAR aiming to achieve RGI targets
- Assist in preparing room revenue forecasts and annual budgets in collaboration with General Managers and the Director of Sales and Marketing
- Participate in Revenue Meetings identifying risks and opportunities to optimize results
- Support the preparation and analysis of End of Month performance reports
