Job Description
The Assistant Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing relationships with both B2C and B2B clients. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to balance direct consumer sales with corporate account management.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual tenants, corporate clients, relocation agencies, and business partners
- Drive our corporate sales initiatives especially for new properties in collaboration with the marketing and community teams
- Identify new target corporate clients and actively generate new leads as well as managing existing corporate relationships across our portfolio of properties
- Be an expert on the Weave product offering and be able to tailor our value proposition to specific corporate client’s specific needs and conduct property viewings
