Job Description
Responsibilities
- Solicit and promote sales of Personal Financing & Personal Financing‑Islamic products.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute toward group targets.
- Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers, using internal marketing and self‑generated leads.
- Cross‑sell other retail banking products such as credit cards.
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience in line with the bank’s quality and standards.
- Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures and protect the bank’s image and brand.
- Ensure that physical premises are well maintained in line with bank standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field with a CGPA of 2.8 or higher.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills; at least 1 year of sales experience in the financial industry preferred.
