Job Description
- Sales and marketing of materials to Semiconductor and Electronics related manufacturers.
- Maintain relationships with existing customer and supervise account management teams.
- Develop and execute SEA region go-to-market plans based on market, customer, and competitive analysis.
- Network proactively at industry events; represent our portfolio and gather insights.
- Prepare monthly sales reports (actual, forecast, budget) for reporting to the head office.
- Coach and guide junior colleagues
- Take the initiative and be proactive in networking.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Min. Diploma or Degree in Business or related fields
- At least 6 – 8 years’ experience in B2B sales and marketing, with min. 1 year in supervisory role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and business associates
