Job Description
The Assistant Sales Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving the acquisition and growth of new corporate accounts within Lalamove for Business. This role supports the Head of Sales by overseeing both the Acquisition Team and the Business Development (BD) Associate.
What you'll do:
Sales Operations & Pipeline Management
- Oversee daily performance of Acquisition team handling new corporate clients. Drive target achievement across new sign-ups, activations, and new revenue.
- Ensure high-quality pipeline creation through outbound, inbound, events, and channel marketing activities.
- Monitor deal progression, ensuring timely follow-ups, scoping, solution design, and quoting accuracy.
Corporate Communications & Partnerships Management
- Directly manage and guide the BD Associate in producing sales enablement materials.
