Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans for personal finance products (e.g., personal loans, credit cards, mortgages).
- Supervise and motivate a team of Personal Finance Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Conduct coaching and training sessions for sales executives to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Actively participate in customer acquisition activities, including lead generation, customer meetings, and product presentations.
- Ensure adherence to all banking policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
