Looking for a motivated individual to join our laboratory team that provides radiation dose monitoring services to radiation workers in Singapore . The successful candidate will support operational processes and ensure high service standards for customers.

Enhance work processes and strengthen customer relations to improve service quality.

Conduct customer service surveys, analyse feedback, and recommend process improvements.

Track application payments and dosimeter issuance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Coordinate dosimeter preparation, distribution, and courier services for timely delivery.

Perform quality checks on returned dosimeters and maintain proper records.

Communicate with customers regarding dosimeter matters and service updates.

Manage courier job lists and logistics coordination to ensure smooth operations.
