Brisbane BMW is seeking a motivated and hands‑on Assistant Service Manager to support the daily operations of our Service Department. This is a frontline leadership role working closely with the Service Manager and Service Advisors to ensure smooth workflow, exceptional customer experiences and strong operational performance.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems in real time, and supporting a high‑performing service team in a premium brand environment.
What you’ll be doing
Support the Service Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the service department
Act as a key point of contact for Service Advisors, providing guidance, support and escalation management
