Position Description

POSITION PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for assisting the station manager in the overall direction and coordination of a vehicle emissions testing station, in accordance with company objectives, policies, procedures and applicable laws. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the station manager in the overall operation of the testing facility in accordance with established policies and procedures, while promoting exceptional customer service. This includes:
*Manage and coordinate the operation of the station in the absence of the station manager
*Assisting with station voucher activity and ensuring that all funds are accounted for and properly reconciled
*Performing emissions testing during busy times to help mitigate wait times
*Maintaining testing equipment and reporting problems to technical support as needed
