Overview
Brunello Cucinelli Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in managing the boutique, guiding the in‑store team, and delivering a unique customer experience aligned with the brand philosophy.
Responsibilities- Build and nurture relationships with customers on the shop floor and through CRM initiatives.
- Guide sales operations, ensuring customer service and selling rituals comply with company guidelines and deliver a special experience.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to set specific, actionable goals based on KPI’s and store targets, and support event and trunk show organization.
- Maintain visual guidelines, coordinate visual displays in windows and in‑store, and update product and collection information.
- Maximise sales performance, report missed opportunities and provide feedback on sales trends, customer and competitor insights.
