Pay: $45,800.00 - $59,600.00/annually: bonus eligible
JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Store Manager – Merchandising supports the Store Manager in leading merchandising, store conditioning, and team functions within an At Home store. This role plays a key part in driving store performance in a large-format retail environment with annual sales typically ranging from $6–$10 million by executing merchandising strategies that maximize sales, ensure in-stock conditions, and deliver an exceptional experience for both Team Members and customers. The role leads and develops the Zone Lead team, fosters collaboration, and helps ensure a safe, organized, and high-performing store environment.
