Responsibilities
- Assist the store manager in the store’s commercial development, ensuring brand image and customer experience.
- Develop store sales turnover by implementing TOD’S sales policy, setting sales objectives, analyzing results, and proposing action plans to exceed objectives and increase turnover.
- Implement the selling ceremony in accordance with brand guidelines and highlight products in collaboration with visual merchandising, ensuring compliance with visual policy.
- Set up CRM actions to develop the customer database and analyze sales reports and customer feedback.
- Ensure effective stock management, including restocking control, inventory organization, discrepancy control, and sell‑through analysis.
