Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
Reports To: Store Manager
Location: White Oaks Mall, London ON
Salary: $19.60/hr + commission + bonus
Requirements: 32-40hr/week open availability

What you will achieve
- Assist with leading a sales team in a dynamic and results driven culture
- Lead by example in all sales behaviours, following our sales process.
- Manage timekeeping, including investigating and clearing exceptions daily and creating schedules
- Lead daily sales huddles to set and track sales pace for the day
- Ensure operational excellence by following and enforcing our policies and procedures
- Maintain a high level of integrity with yourself and your team
- Manage store supplies and inventory
