Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare cost comparison and analysis report.
- Oversees the liaision and negotiation with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Works closely with the Procurement manager, Client / Client Representatives and Sub-Contractors to accurately arrive with progress claims and variation claims.
- Deals with contractual issues between main contractor and client, and those between main contractor and sub-contractors
- Ensures progressive claims are promptly put up to the client through accurate measurement of actual works accomplished
- Conduct reviews and provide guidance on Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlements, and subcontractor payments
- All other Contract Management related job
Requirements:
