You’ll work closely with the Plant Superintendent and production teams to reduce downtime, improve equipment performance, and support continuous improvement across the facility.
In this role, you’ll help maintain a safe, compliant workplace while developing and supporting hourly team members. Your work will directly support production goals through effective maintenance practices, strong planning, and clear communication.
