Supervise crew replacement (incl. Trainees, Supernumeraries & OBM) planning and finally approve arrangements on respective vessels asper existed procedure. Implementation and monitoring of vessel's compliance to company's drug & alcohol policy. Monitoring of crew mental welfare, physical health and on-board entertainment amenities. To report Section Head/Manning Operation Team-any crew related concern. Arrangement of Uniform and CTM upon Master request. Supervise Ship's Account report and provision/bond store management on respective vessels. Verification of all crew related vendor invoices, GSA, OD. Quarterly Statement and Budget preparation. Carry out vessel visitation under normal situation for vessel's calling Singapore to meet and interact with Master and crew. To verify crew related reports in PAL and crew documentationin Shipmate system. Appraisal management and control for respective vessel crew.
