Responsibilities
Assisting with docking/berthing operations Dock block arrangement
Support services
Planning & converting of vessel docking plan to yard docking plan with Auto Cad
Following up with owner on dock block inspections and obtaining approvals
Undertaking pre-docking and undocking meetings with clients Assisting with Dept's productivity and quality improvement exercises Preparation and presentation monthly with department Handling Dept's clerical / administrative work (preparation of docking/berthing plans, coordination of relevant meetings etc)Any other tasks as assigned by immediate Superior.
