Tasks
Responsible for assisting the Surveyor (or equivalent) in all Surveying tasks on the HARP Project. In Year 1 the Assistant Surveyor will have on‑the‑job training in Surveying principles and practices. In Year 2 they will start the Geospatial Survey Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship. An assistant will learn how to do a job under the tutelage of someone skilled in that field. This will be enabled through a clearly defined training and apprenticeship program, which will normally be a combination of on‑the‑job training & attendance to a training facility or college.
- Establish and promote best practice in health, safety, security, and environmental matters in conjunction with the HSSE department.
- Work in the spirit of the company’s guiding principles, ambitions, goals and contributing to best practice.
