Emo Matrix Psychology is building a strong team of 1000+ remote Education Counselors to guide students and professionals in psychology education programs.
To support this mission, we are hiring 5 Assistant Team Leads who can manage, guide, and support our remote counseling team from our office in Stellar IT Park, Sector 62, Noida .
This role is for someone who has prior experience in handling people, can get work done responsibly, and knows how to support a team with both kindness and discipline.
