Responsibilities
- In-charge of Quantities tabulations for Mechanical (ACMV), Electrical, Fire and Plumbing & Sanitary Services
- Provide and review value engineering to ensure the tenders submitted are evaluated to best practice
- Ensure annual sales revenue of awarded projects are met
- Ensure tender documents and cost estimation comply to technical requirement and due date
- Liaise with clients to ensure technical proposal is complied
- Review drawings and specifications
- Source for vendors / suppliers and contractors
- Assist to prepare for quotation and required tender documents
- Certify and Verify quantities for projects account.
- Comply to ISO / OSHA standards
- Any other duties as assigned and not limited to above responsibilities
