Job Description
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of Trade Marketing to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
- Support KAM to ensure all Distributor agreements are renewed by the start of the year by presenting previous year’s results and current year sales plan to customers & negotiate the agreement to gain customer commitment.
- Carry out quarterly business review with KAM & distributors by presenting previous quarterly sales results, seeking EPOS data from customers and updating the current plan to ensure distributors/customers are on track to achieve the yearly IMS targets.
- Plan monthly promotional/trade activities with KAM by recommending promotional agreements forms with customers to ensure promotions are activated on a regular basis.
