Job scope . Planning and assigning of daily transportation schedules . Responsible for operations after official working hour to ensure smooth deliverance . Managing our customer service operation at our Batam and Bintan office . Responsible for all weekly vessels schedule . Responsible for all daily depot processes and operations for the next subsequent day . Informing our customers of the container details . Ensuring all additional charges are being accounted accordingly . Proactively getting updates for all container status . Act as the contingency for the main traffic controller in their absence . Processing of discharged containers . Booking of Escorts for the vessel and handling permits for LTA Oversized cargo . Other ad-hoc duties as tasked by Reporting Officer
Requirements Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/N level/O level Salary commensurate with experience Require to work 5.5 work week and beyond working hours if needed
