Requirements
- At least 2 to3 years of BPO experience as an Assistant Training Manager or equivalent in the Banking Domain (Insurance and Mortgage)
- Graduate of a Bachelors Degree
- C1 and above language profile
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various training methodologies
- Certifications in training and development are a plus
