Role Purpose & Accountability
Assist the Underwriters to carry out all tasks relating to the underwriting and reinsurance of the division to provide appropriate customer focused products and maximise profitability to the division, always bearing in mind the relationship between risk and return in respect of all underwriting activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide pre/post underwriting and rating support to Underwriters.
- Manage receipt and tracking of all submissions.
- Load client/account specific details into TMK’s pricing tools.
- Co‑ordinate CAT modelling.
- Perform any applicable sanctions screening.
- Conduct accumulation checks (as applicable).
- Develop an internal network to facilitate transfer of information and data between functions and departments to support underwriters and clients.
- Assist underwriters in maintaining and developing their book of business and key stakeholder relationships.
