Summary The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Michigan is seeking the best attorneys to fill positions in our Criminal and Civil Divisions. This is an open-continuous vacancy announcement that will remain open until November 30, 2026, or until the positions have been filled. Completed applications will be reviewed every Wednesday. This is a term appointment not-to-exceed 09/30/2029. This position may be made permanent without further competition.
